Sizing

Please carefully check our sizing chart. Match your current size to our chart. We cannot stress enough to pay very careful attention to our measurements.

If your measurements do not match a specific size on our chart, then a “custom order” can be placed at an additional 15% fee. For custom orders made to your measurements, there are no refunds.

Processing

Your order is processed based upon the item code, size, color, fabric and length requested.

If you wish to make a change or cancel your order you have 5 business days to contact Esperanza Threads. When changes or cancellations are made by the customer after 5 business days, an additional 20% will be charged to your account. Changes include, but are not limited to : Design changes, colors, materials, or sizes. Cancellations of any orders must be in writing or e-mailed within 5 business days of placing the order.

Return/Refund Policy

The products you are purchasing from us support women in need of basic essentials. We make your clothes to order and enjoy doing it

Once you receive your order, please open the shipment immediately. We hope you will love what we have made for you. If you receive your clothing and are not satisfied we can accept your return with the following conditions:

1. We receive the products back in the original condition they were sent.

2. The products may not be worn/washed/altered in any way.

3. We receive your return within 14 days of the day the item was sent.

More on Returns

Please include a note with a reason for the return. We wish to improve our service and you can help us. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date they were delivered. This does not mean that it has to reach us within 14 days, it just needs to be postmarked within that time frame. Items returned to us with a postmark later than 14 days after the delivery to you will not be accepted for refund.

We will replace any item that is found to be defective with an identical item provided we are notified of the defect within 14 days of delivery to you. After 14 days we will no longer be responsible for defects found.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

For custom orders made to your measurements, there are no refunds.

Shipping

We go to great lengths to pack your order securely and we ask that you extend us the same courtesy with your return. We must receive your return in the original and new condition. We suggest you insure them for loss or damage by the carrier as we cannot give you a refund if it arrives damaged in any way.

Shipping charges for the initial delivery and for the return will not be refund except in the case of replacement due to defect.

By purchasing our products you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the return policy.
